Are There Choices?

Do you ever feel you have very few choices or even worse, NO CHOICES AT ALL?

I have found that to be a common theme amongst women.

I remember the exact day I freed myself from the bondage of "No Choice" mentality. That was the biggest Transition in my journey up to that point in time.

Your feelings around choice are directly related to your Perception of the situation you are faced with. That situation that needs your action of choice to resolve it.

There is always a choice. It takes a lot of courage and inner strength to choose the least popular choice.

Your strength as a woman is challenged everyday. And just for the sheer fact that you endure the majority of those challenges is a testimonial to that strength! But in order to use that inner strength to achieve more choices you will need to be open to the limitless possibilities that exist.

There are tools, or life skills, you can acquire that will empower you next time you are faced with that feeling that your choices are limited.

Sharing your experiences you've had around limited choices and how that felt can help empower and support you as well as other women who are faced with similar situations.

If you would like to share your story, I will share any insights I might have to your post.

Have You Ever Wondered?

Have you ever wondered what effect Transition has on you?

Since you are in a constant state of Transition it would be extremely valuable to know the powerful effects it has on your Systems. Mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

One way Transition affects you and every others woman the same is with stress.

Stress and Transition go hand in hand. How you deal with that stress and its effects on your Systems depends entirely on your Transition Style, which in turn will determine your level of success with that Transition.

Knowing your Transition Style Profile will help you discover the perception you have around a specific Transition, which in itself, is invaluable insight.

Share your recent Transition and how you dealt with it and I will offer you some insights to your Transition Style in that particular situation.

Welcome to the Beginning of Our Discussions!

Hello and Welcome.

I am Valena Hunley and I am a Women's Tranformation Coach.

This blog will focus on question and concerns women often have either, consciously or unconsciously, in their daily life. I hope you will join with me in sharing your insights on questions and posts I, or others like you, offer.

Their is no better teacher than life and the life of others that walk in shoes similar to yours.

If you have questions and/or concerns I also encourage you to post those. I will offer my wisdom and experience, as a Woman's Coach, Hypnotherapist, entreprenuer, mom, grandma(Jamma) and woman.

I hope to make this a place that you will want to stop in before you begin your day for inspiration. A comfy place to hang out when you get done with your long day of balancing the many hats you wear and you are ready to kick off those shoes and relax with others who can so relate to the day you've had. Or especially a place you would consider to seek out when the world around you is causing you to feel out of control and you are looking for that glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel that will help you through it all.
